Common questions

I bought a project unlock but the high-res images aren't showing.

Reload the project page once — entitlements apply within seconds of payment, but the page may be cached. If they still don't appear, email us with the project URL and we'll resolve it within hours.

Can I get a refund?

Because each paid unlock immediately consumes AI compute and produces images you can keep, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once an unlock has been applied — except where required by law. If you experienced a clear service failure (no output produced, unlock unusable), email us within 14 days and we'll resolve it in good faith.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

The current monthly plan is a 30-day rolling top-up — it does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. When auto-renewing subscriptions are introduced you will be able to cancel from your account before the next renewal date.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — sign in, scroll to the Danger Zone in your studio, and click Delete my account. The deletion is immediate and irreversible. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Are the AI-generated tattoos safe to actually get?

AI output is for inspiration and planning only. Always work with a licensed tattoo artist who can judge what is tattooable on your skin, in your placement, at your size. Disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect tattoo suitability and healing.
